Community Estates was established in 2005 and has seen significant development over the past several years. This website was designed to serve as a resource for long-time Munster residents and those who are new to the area.
The Vision
Community Estates has had an active Facebook group since 2021 that has helped highlight local events, share vendor recommendations and even return lost items to their homes after windy storms. While this has been a valuable resource to many, its not without its downsides - mainly its ability to reach all neighbors and act as a knowledgebase for various neighborhood topics. This website is designed to fill the gaps that our current communication channels are lacking.

Initially this website will serve as a public-facing list of resources, local contacts, and answers to many questions neighbors have asked and answered in the past. The long-term vision includes highlighting neighbors's businesses and organizations, listing reviews and recommendations for trusted local vendors, and promoting nearby events.

This is a work-in-progress and feedback is welcomed. Please reach out with ideas, comments, questions, and any other recommendations for enhancements. Looking forward to building a resource for the community we can all contribute to and find useful!
